How is your work different from traditional life coaching?

My work goes deeper than traditional life coaching.

Instead of focusing only on goals and motivation, I help you understand the emotional patterns, protective strategies, and inner experiences that shape your life.
This creates change that actually holds — not just short‑term momentum.

Can I work with you if I’m looking for a life coach?

Yes. Many people who search for a life coach end up working with me because they want something more grounded, emotionally attuned, and transformative than standard coaching.

Do you help with the same things life coaches help with?

Yes — and more.
I support clarity, confidence, boundaries, relationships, and life transitions, but I also work with the deeper layers underneath those challenges.

Is this therapy?

No. I don’t diagnose, treat mental health conditions, or provide clinical therapy.

Gestalt‑Informed Coaching helps you understand what you’re feeling, why it’s happening, and what your system is trying to resolve. It’s a present‑moment, emotionally attuned process that supports clarity, integration, and aligned change.

What happens in a coaching session?

Sessions are grounded, conversational, and experiential. We work with what’s happening in the moment, your emotions, body cues, patterns, and needs without forcing or analyzing you.

What does coaching help with?

Coaching supports:

What is energy healing?

Sessions are gentle and intuitive. You don’t have to explain or perform. We follow your system’s cues, emotional, energetic, and somatic to support release and grounding.

What happens in an energy healing session?

Energy healing helps your system release what your mind can’t access on its own. It works with your energetic field, body cues, and intuitive layers to support regulation, release, and reconnection.

What does energy healing help with?

Energy healing supports:
